MossGlen-on-Panton Hill is a cosy rural bed & breakfast retreat, set in a bushland garden in one of Melbourne's closer rural areas. Only 40 minutes from the city centre or the airport, the Nillumbik Shire is 'where Melbourne meets the Yarra Valley' and Panton Hill is one of the more attractive rural retreats in the area. For bed & breakfast guests the Yarra Valley offers wineries and food trails, while nearby to Panton Hill at St Andrews is the famous Saturday rural craft & food market. Our B & B is close to the Ford Motor Company and other industry in the area.
At our bed & breakfast, all ingredients are supplied for either a continental or hot breakfast. It's only a 5 km drive to Hurstbridge, where you can stock up on anything you may need during your stay with us.
The comfortable cottage has all amenities, including a fully fitted modern kitchen with hotplates, oven and microwave. A queen size bed and roomy ensuite, including shower and spa bath, offer rural relaxation. In the open-plan living area there is comfortable space for dining plus a TV and DVD for your entertainment.
Set in the quiet rural bush garden is a private barbeque area. It's a pleasant position to relax and enjoy the many exotic birds that inhabit the bush. Lorikeets, parrots, kookaburras and bell birds are among the many that reside in the bush garden.
Payment by Cash, direct deposit, Credit Card incl 5% surcharge(Visa/Mastercard) or Cheque by prior arrangement. 50% deposit required for all bookings.
2.30pm Check Out: midday. These times may be varied on request depending on other bookings.
A deposit of 50% of the tariff is required to secure a booking and the balance is to be paid on arrival. For bookings of one-night, full payment in advance is required.
Visa, Mastercard, or electronic funds transfer. Cheques will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for clearance prior to arrival.
A refund of the deposit will be given as follows: Up to 30 days, the full deposit will be returned, less any applicable fees or charges. Up to and including 14 days prior, 50% of the deposit will be returned, less any applicable fees or charges. Cancellations of less than 14 days or non-arrival of guests, no refund will be given.
